- 1. Call and tell us what you like to order!
2. Download the order form. Fill out and fax it!

- ORDER POLICY 1
1. You can pay by CASH or CREDIT CARD (credit card number is required when you order)
2. Include all the required information.
3. Specify the instruction for the delivery (make phone call at the entrance, ring the bell, come up to your room, notify your door man, etc)
4. Place orders with quantities for each combination. - ORDER POLICY 2 For Fax order, please send the order sheet by 5pm of the day before of the desired delivery day.
- CANCELLATION/CHANGE Cancellations or order changes must be phoned to the restaurant by 5pm of the day before the desired delivery day.
- CANCELLATION POLICY f cancellations are made after 5pm of the day before of the desired delivery date, a cancellation charge equal to the full amount of your order will be charged to the credit card used to place your order.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION We will fax this form back to you at 5pm of the day before of the desired delivery day. If we have problem with delivery time, we will contact you by phone to change the delivery schedule. If you do not receive the fax please call us!
